FAQ
All of our items are 925 silver or 14K gold. All our silver items are 925 stamped and tested. Components of our products may vary. Among the stones used, there are different natural materials such as zircon, ruby and turquoise.
In none of our 925 sterling silver products or 14 carat gold products, nickel or any substance that is objectionable in contact with the skin is used.
No. However, since silver is a soft material, it must be protected from impacts and high temperatures during use and storage. All of our products are handcrafted using the latest technology, so being sensitive during use is recommended for long-term use.
Since silver is a sensitive material by nature, it is prone to deformation in misuse. Although it is natural for silver to oxidize and discolor over time, you will be able to use your jewelry for a long time thanks to the strong gold plating we use.
Always store your jewelery pieces individually, preferably in soft-lined box or pouch so that they don't rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don't become tangled.
Take care to avoid extreme humidity or heat as this may cause tarnishing. Your jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place. With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and eventually tarnish. Storing silver jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation.

Never forget that you have to put on your jewelry last while getting ready for the day and take it off first at the end of the day.
Your jewelry is susceptible to deformation when it comes into contact with products containing chemicals such as perfume, hair spray, make-up materials, acetone, body oils, deodorant. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause the stones used in your jewelery to lose their shine and fall off.
