Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipments are sent from our warehouse in İstanbul / Turkey.
  • Delivery are made by PTT (Turkish Postal Service) or DHL. Delivery fees for both options varies by country and is calculated during checkout.
  • Deliveries may not be made on weekends and public holidays. Orders that fall within these dates will be delivered to the carrier on the first business day following.
  • Orders are shipped within 1-5 working days. The time to reach you may differ depending on your country.
  • The stock control of the products on our site is constantly carried out by our online service team. If the products in your order have an instant stock problem and cannot be supplied, information is given by contacting your phone number in your membership information, and your refund is made quickly to the account you want.
  • The shipping cost will be added to your order amount in the cart. 
  • When your order is delivered, please check whether there is any damage in the package before receiving it. In case of damage, ask the cargo officer to issue a "Damage Determination Report" without signing a document regarding the delivery and return the package to the cargo officer with the report.
  • Your order is under the guarantee of Miss Happiness brand until it is delivered to you by the courier company.
